Fixed Question, Permission and inline interactions losing Task ownership after Project deletion and causing Work Ledger to return 500. Task-root reducers, deletion, restart recovery and interaction writes use one immutable ownership contract.
Fixed deletion of Projects with worker descriptors and Overlay requests for Providers/Work Ledger retaining invalid directories after deletion.
Fixed terminated Windows processes still appearing as active owners and blocking runtime recovery/cleanup.
Fixed Side Dock retaining the old agent Session after selection changed.
Removed attachment-directory database authority markers. Attachment ownership is validated from current database and Project facts, without cross-database locks surviving rebuilds.
Upgrade and known limitations
The database schema fingerprint changed. Old beta Task databases return SCHEMA_RESET_REQUIRED and require explicit reset. This is a prerelease data boundary, not an in-place migration preserving tasks. Provider settings live separately and should be retained during reset.
