Fixed expired process heartbeats causing persistent rejection of multi-project requests after sleep or long pauses. Liveness uses the operating-system process ID and start identity; project closure, reopening and clock changes do not revoke a live process’s identity.
Abandoned-task recovery checks actual original-process exit. Existing terminal results can complete delivery. Historical unfinished records lacking physical identity report insufficient evidence and retain original data.
