This version includes runtime and squad improvements and fixes Work/Chat creation on fresh installations. It continues to use the beta update channel.

- Unified configuration initialization supplies defaults for absent, empty or whitespace-only global files, fixing 500 errors when creating Work/Chat from Home.
- Original requirements retain actual sources in delegation/model inputs. Terminal Task evidence can be read by exact message identity, and initial-message offsets use one contract.
- Improved runtime recovery, send receipts and Task evidence reads, retaining the branch’s execution-settlement fixes.

- Base prompts require source-data discovery, complete fact coverage, execution outcomes and acceptance of external changes.
- Added native-binary first-use checks: isolated credential-free roots create Work/Chat through real HTTP and verify persisted Sessions after restart. Embedded desktop backends and CLI packages share this check.
- Included AutomationBench Harbor adapters and acceptance records; these records are not new model-evaluation conclusions for this release.
