This version updates source from immutable 0.0.61-beta, fixes clean-environment release checks and republishes desktop/CLI packages, update manifests and the website. The database keeps the current prerelease schema epoch. No historical migration or compatibility reader is added; incompatible databases require explicit reset.

- Publication acquires unique tag/draft ownership before native compilation. Retries restore only the same workflow-run/source identity and cannot create or take over another run’s draft.
